The mission of the Simplify Privacy Platform is to analyse, curate, build, and discover open, simple privacy solutions that protect your digital privacy. Digital privacy is essential to a free society. We accomplish this by:

• Providing training and resources to support the protection of your digital privacy.

• Promoting digital solutions that are innovative and pose no threat to your online digital footprint.

• Providing an open platform to share knowledge and insights.

Maikels mission is to empower you with knowledge and tools to create great technology solutions that are open and beneficial and reachable for everyone.

Maikel is a hands-on business IT architect and loves to make simple designs for complex IT systems. Maikel has more than 25 years of relevant experience on various IT roles in famous (international) companies. Maikel holds both a Master (Msc) Business Studies of University of Groningen and a Master degree (Msc) Electrical Engineering, of Delft University of Technology. Maikel is TOGAF 9 Certified and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certified. Maikel is also an OWASP member and supporter.
